Built By Milo, LLC Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate of Built By Milo, LLC. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Affiliate Agreement: Upon approval of your application, you will become an affiliate of Built By Milo, LLC. You will receive a unique link or code to share with your followers to promote our sports nutrition products.
  2. Commission and Payment: You will earn a commission based on the sales generated through your unique link or code. The commission rate is subject to change at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify the commission structure. Payments will be made to you at least 30 days after the sale, allowing for our return/refund time frame. Commission payments will be made through PayPal or other payment methods determined by Built By Milo, LLC. If a refund is issued for a sale that generated a commission, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payment.
  3. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any point and without notice. If we suspect that you are engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices, we reserve the right to withhold commission payments and terminate the agreement immediately.
  4. Use of Affiliate Content: By becoming an affiliate, you grant Built By Milo, LLC the right to use your social media content, including photos and videos, to promote our products on our social media channels and website. We will always credit the content creator.
  5. Restrictions: As an affiliate, you are prohibited from promoting our products through spam, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent means. Affiliates may not purchase our products using their own unique link or code to receive commission.
  6. Relationship of Parties: The affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee of Built By Milo, LLC. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between the affiliate and Built By Milo, LLC.
  7. Confidentiality: The affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information obtained through the affiliate agreement and not disclose it to any third parties.
  8. Liability: Built By Milo, LLC will not be liable for any damages, expenses, or losses incurred by the affiliate in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to lost profits or damages caused by viruses, hacking, or other malicious activities.
  9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
